Missing a piece?
- Our puzzles are made in a closed system whereby the puzzles are cut and bagged in a single process, making it unlikely your puzzle was shipped with a piece missing.
- If you suspect your puzzle is missing a piece, please search high and low for it before contacting us. Cats, children, long sleeves, and vacuum cleaners are the most common cause of missing pieces. Puzzle pieces can also get stuck in the bag so please check all of these places for your sneaky piece.
- Please complete your puzzle with all of the pieces present to confirm that a piece is missing.
- If you are still convinced that the puzzle came to you with a piece missing, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your puzzle.
Received the wrong order?
We're so sorry! If you have received the wrong order, please take a photo of the puzzle you received with the packaging and delivery details visible and email it to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Please make sure the puzzle remains in the same condition it was received, with plastic seal fully in tact.
Once we have confirmed the mistake is on our end, we will supply you with a pre-paid return postage label and ask that you return the puzzle to us in the box in which it was delivered.
Once we receive the puzzle back, we will ship the correct one out to you express with a big apology!
If your puzzle is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your puzzle and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
